Awaken Your Authentic Self
There is a specific kind of exhaustion that does not show up on any medical test.
It is not burnout from overworking. It is not sadness from a single event. It is the quiet, accumulated weight of a woman who has been pouring into everything and everyone for so long that she genuinely cannot remember the last time she checked in with herself.
She functions beautifully. Nobody around her suspects a thing. But she knows.
She knows because the joy she used to feel has been replaced by management. Because the softness she used to carry has been replaced by armour. Because the voice she used to have has been replaced by a careful, calibrated version of herself that says what keeps things calm rather than what is actually true.
She is not just tired of her circumstances. She is tired of showing up in her relationships her marriage, her friendships, her family as a managed version of herself rather than the real one. And she has been doing it for so long she has forgotten there is a difference.
She knows because she has been here for a while now.
And she is finally ready to do something about it.
She’s Becoming is for her.
This is for the Christian woman who
Is married and loves her husband but feels emotionally alone inside the marriage. Not because he is terrible. Because something essential has gone quiet between them and she suspects it started with her going quiet inside herself.
Is dating and keeps finding herself in the same dynamic with different people giving too much, receiving too little, losing herself in the pursuit of being chosen and is finally ready to understand why.
Is single and self-aware enough to know that the patterns running her current relationships will follow her into her next one unless she addresses them now. She would rather do the work before the ring than inside a struggling marriage.
Is navigating a difficult season separation, rebuilding, recovering from betrayal and needs to understand herself before she can understand what happened and what she actually wants next.
Is in a relationship with herself that has been neglected for years. The one relationship that determines the quality of every other one. And the one she has consistently been putting last.
Has built a life that looks impressive from the outside and feels hollow from the inside.
Has been the strong one for so long she has forgotten what it feels like to be held.
Is done coping. Done managing. Done waiting for her circumstances to change before she allows herself to feel okay.
Is ready not perfectly ready, just ready enough to finally do the work that changes everything from the inside out.
They treat the symptoms.
They teach communication techniques without addressing why she goes silent in the first place. They teach boundary-setting without addressing the belief that her needs are an inconvenience. They teach self-love without addressing where the self-abandonment started.
She’s Becoming goes to the root.
Not because the root is more painful. But because the root is the only place where permanent change actually happens. Everything else is surface management of a deeper wound.
Over six days we go beneath the behaviour to the belief. Beneath the belief to the wound. And beneath the wound to the woman who was always there whole, capable, worthy, before she learned to survive by making herself smaller.
A progressive journey to awakening
The Awakening: Understanding What You Have Been Carrying
Most women come into this day thinking they know what their problem is. By the end of the day they understand something much deeper not just what the problem is but where it started, why it made sense at the time, and why it is still running today.
We begin with the emotional map. Not a personality test. Not a quiz. A genuine guided process of tracing your emotional story the significant experiences, the early decisions, the things you absorbed about love, about womanhood, about what you had to be to belong and seeing for the first time how that story is still being lived in your present.
We look specifically at how your emotional story shows up in your closest relationships. How the way you learned to love as a child is directly shaping how you love today. Why you chose who you chose. Why you stay. Why you leave. Why certain dynamics feel familiar even when they are not good for you. This is not about blaming your past. It is about understanding it clearly enough to finally do something different.
This day is not about pain. It is about precision. You cannot change what you cannot clearly see.
Clarity on what has actually been happening beneath the surface of your life and your relationships. Language for things you have been living without words for. The first real breath of relief that comes when someone finally names the thing you have been carrying alone.
The Release: Resentment, Guilt and the Weight You Inherited
This is the day most women underestimate and every woman needs.
Resentment does not always look like anger. Sometimes it looks like a woman who is performing fine while something heavy sits in her chest at 3am. Sometimes it looks like the person who is consistently generous on the outside while feeling consistently depleted on the inside. Sometimes it looks like shutting down during a conversation because the feeling is too large for the words available to her.
We do not approach forgiveness on this day as a moral instruction. We approach it as a liberation. You are not releasing because the person who hurt you deserves it. You are releasing because you deserve to stop being controlled by what happened to you.
We also address the guilt that high-functioning Christian women carry the guilt of not being enough, the guilt of wanting more, the guilt of feeling what they feel when their life looks so blessed from the outside. That guilt is not conviction. It is a wound. And it releases differently from the way prayer alone can reach it.
We address the resentment that builds in relationships when needs go unspoken for too long. The resentment toward a partner who does not know what she needs because she has never told him. The resentment toward herself for staying silent. The resentment toward God for a life that does not feel like the one she was promised. All of it is welcome in this space. All of it can be released.
A genuinely lighter internal experience. Not performed peace actual relief. The beginning of the emotional space that was always supposed to belong to you. And the clarity to understand which resentments were telling you something important all along.
Communication From Truth Not Survival — In Your Relationships, Your Home and Your Own Head
She is not a bad communicator.
She is a woman who learned somewhere along the way that expressing herself had consequences. So she either over-explains giving context and justification before anyone asked for it, shrinking her truth into something more palatable or she shuts down entirely, choosing silence over the risk of conflict.
Neither of these is communication. Both of them are survival.
Whether you are in a marriage, a dating relationship, a friendship that has been draining you, or a dynamic with a family member that has never been addressed honestly this day is for you. The pattern of going silent or over-explaining does not live in one relationship. It lives in you. And when we address it at the root it shifts across every relationship simultaneously.
On Day 3 we address the root of how she learned to speak or not speak and we build a new framework for communication that starts with knowing what is actually true for her before she says a word to anyone else.
This day is not about scripts or techniques. It is about restoring the belief that her voice is worth hearing. That her truth does not need to be softened to deserve a place in the conversation. That she can speak from a grounded, clear place without either over-explaining or exploding.
A ready-to-use approach for the conversation she has been avoiding in her marriage, her relationship, her family or her own inner dialogue. Not a script. A way of being in difficult conversations that does not require her to abandon herself to keep the peace.
From Scarcity and Survival to Abundance and Self-Trust
This day surprises people.
They come expecting to talk about budgets. They end up talking about their mothers.
Because the way a woman relates to money is almost never primarily a financial issue. It is an emotional one. It is rooted in what she watched growing up the scarcity, the silence, the sacrifice, the belief that financial dependence was safer than financial independence, or that wanting more was greedy, or that she had to earn the right to have needs.
It shows up as undercharging in her business. As over-giving financially to people who are capable of providing for themselves. As not saving because some part of her does not believe her future is worth protecting. As staying financially dependent on a partner because independence was never modelled as something a good woman was supposed to want.
But this day goes even deeper than money.
It addresses the deeper issue of receiving in all forms not just money but care, support, love, rest, attention, help. The woman who cannot receive is the woman who will always be running on empty regardless of how much she generates or how much love is available to her. This pattern shows up in her relationships as the woman who gives endlessly and cannot understand why she still feels unloved. She is not unloved. She is unable to receive the love that is already there.
Clarity on where your money and receiving patterns started. A practical framework for beginning to shift them. And the experience of deciding that your financial security and your right to receive are not luxuries they are non-negotiable acts of self-leadership.
Self-Leadership: Identity Beyond the Pain
This is the pivot day.
The first four days were about releasing what was weighing her down. Day 5 is about building what goes in the space that release creates.
We shift the question from what happened to me to who am I becoming. Not as a way of bypassing the pain we have sat with the pain honestly for four days. But as a recognition that the woman she is becoming is not a reaction to her wounds. She is an expression of what she has chosen to build on the other side of them.
We work on self-leadership at the identity level. Not affirmations. Not vision boards. The actual internal work of building a relationship with yourself that does not depend on external validation, other people's behaviour, or the absence of difficulty.
This day also directly addresses how she shows up in her relationships from this new place of self-leadership. Not as a performance of confidence. As a genuine internal shift that changes the dynamic because when you stop needing external validation from your partner or your family or your peers to feel okay, the entire relational field around you responds. He feels it. Your children feel it. Your friends feel it. Not because you told them you changed. Because you actually did.
This day also addresses emotional regulation in a way that is practical and immediate. Not breathing exercises alone the full picture of what it means to be a woman who can feel something deeply without being controlled by it.
A clear and felt sense of the woman you are becoming not as an aspiration but as an identity you begin inhabiting from this day forward. The inner authority to make decisions from clarity rather than fear. And a tangible shift in how your relationships begin to feel as a result.
Reclaiming Your Voice, Your Vision and Your God-Given Authority
This is the day she arrives.
Not as a finished product. Not as a perfectly healed woman with no more growing to do. But as a woman who has done honest, courageous inner work and emerged from it with something she did not have when she walked in herself.
On the final day we anchor everything with faith, vision and declaration. We look at what God has been saying to her beneath all the noise of survival mode. We build a personal vision for the next season of her life that comes from her not from what she is supposed to want, not from what her culture expects, not from the version of herself that was built for everyone else's comfort.
We look at what she wants her most important relationships to look like her relationship with herself first, and then with the people she loves most. Not as a wish list. As an intentional decision made from the clearest, most grounded version of herself she has access to.
And we close with a declaration. Not performed. Not rehearsed. A genuine, grounded statement of who she chooses to be from this day forward and what she is no longer willing to be.
Wholeness. Not as a feeling to maintain forever but as a foundation to return to. The woman on the other side of this day does not beg for peace. She has become it. And every relationship in her life including the most important one, the one with herself begins from a completely different place.
This is not a relationships programme. It is a you programme.
And here is the distinction that matters.
A relationships programme tries to teach you how to behave differently with another person. It gives you scripts and techniques and communication frameworks. And those things can help. But they have a ceiling. Because eventually the old pattern breaks through the new technique and you are back where you started except now you also feel like a failure for not being able to maintain the script.
She’s Becoming goes underneath the technique to the place where the pattern lives.
When a woman heals at that level something happens in her relationships that no communication training could produce. She stops reacting from the wound and starts responding from clarity. She stops over-functioning and starts trusting. She stops shrinking and starts speaking. She stops being available to dynamics that diminish her not because she decided to set a boundary but because she genuinely no longer fits inside those dynamics anymore.
For the married woman: Her marriage does not automatically become perfect. But it becomes real. The emotional distance begins to close not because her husband changed but because she stopped being a managed version of herself around him. Real intimacy requires two real people. This work makes her real again.
For the woman who is dating: She stops choosing familiar and starts choosing healthy. Because when your nervous system is no longer running the old programme it stops scanning for the old feeling. She shows up in dating as a woman who knows herself and that changes who is attracted to her and who she is attracted to.
For the single woman: She stops waiting for a relationship to make her whole and starts building the wholeness that will make her an extraordinary partner. The work she does now is the greatest gift she can give her future relationship.
For the woman in a difficult season: She stops defining herself by what happened to her and starts defining herself by who she is choosing to become. That shift changes everything about how she navigates what is in front of her.
For every woman: She finally has a real relationship with herself. The one that determines the quality of every other relationship she will ever have.
The emotional distance begins to close not because her husband changed but because she stopped being a managed version of herself around him.
She shows up in dating as a woman who knows herself and that changes who is attracted to her and who she is attracted to.

A safe, intimate space where women can process between sessions without the exposure of social media. This community is moderated for emotional safety and real conversation.
Across all six days she is not a distant figure. She is present. In the room. Walking through this with you.
I need to tell you something before I tell you about this programme.
I did not build this from a textbook.
I built it from a season of my own life where I smiled in public and cried in private. Where I was the strong one, the prayerful one, the one who held everything together while quietly falling apart in the places nobody could see. Where I was angry at God and ashamed to admit it. Where my marriage was under a pressure we were not prepared for and the lawyers were already involved.
I know what it feels like to function perfectly on the outside while something essential is breaking on the inside.
I also know what it feels like to do the work that changes that. Not the surface work. The real work. The kind that goes to where the wound actually lives.
I am a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Marriage and Family Practitioner. A woman who has done her own deep healing and built a methodology from that healing from lived experience, from formal training, and from years of sitting with women in their most honest and most vulnerable moments.
I am not here to perform wellness at you.
I have lived this. And I will walk through it with you.
I thought I was just tired. I did not realise how emotionally shut down I had become. This reset changed everything.
Tinuke, this was not just coaching. This was the most seen I have felt in years.
For the first time I do not feel broken. I feel like myself. I cannot explain how long I have needed to feel like myself.
I came in thinking the problem was my marriage. I left understanding the work was always mine to do. And I am so grateful I finally did it.
Choose the path that best serves your current season.
This programme runs once every three months. The intimacy of the container is protected by the number of women inside it. When it is full it is full. When the early bird closes the price increases. There are no extensions.

You have read this far.
Which means something in you already recognises that this is for you.
The question is not whether you need this. You already know the answer to that. The question is whether you will choose yourself this time.
Not when things calm down. Not when the marriage is in a better place. Not when the relationship is resolved. Not when work is less intense. Not when the children are older. Not when you feel ready.
Now.
Because the woman who waits for the perfect moment to invest in herself is the woman who is still waiting ten years from now. And the woman who decides — even imperfectly, even nervously, even with questions still unanswered — that she is worth the time and the investment and the honest work?
She becomes.
